OVERVIEW

Our Early Access Partnership is a comprehensive biomanufacturing offer designed specifically for early adopters of our innovative bioreactors. This program acknowledges the crucial role partners play in our development journey, and ensures your investment is protected while we refine our technology together.

WHAT’s included: the partnership benefits

This is a complete, fully-managed Biomanufacturing platform

  • The Hardware: Up to 20 liters- refer to spec sheet for details and potential customization

  • The Software: Full access to our cloud-based control system and web software for remote monitoring and process control

  • Full-Service Support: On-site setup, as needed training for your team to ensure you get started successfully, ongoing 24/7 remote support and proactive maintenance for the entire partnership term. Annual on-site calibration and maintenance

  • Data Insights: You will receive insights on your bioprocesses as they become available, based on our analysis of your shared data

  • Continuous Upgrades: All hardware and software improvements and upgrades are pushed to your system as they are developed, so you're always on the cutting edge. As an early partner, your ideas and feature requests will directly influence our R&D roadmap

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

In exchange for your exclusive access and our dedicated support, you agree to:

  • Provide Regular Feedback: Share detailed, structured feedback on the system's performance, usability, and features. Feedback format and cadence to be discussed

  • System Data (Owned by Chainreactor): "Telemetry data regarding the mechanical and electrical performance of the Hardware (e.g., motor torque, heating duty cycle, sensor calibration drift) shall be used by Chainreactor for maintenance and predictive failure analysis."

  • Process Data (Owned by Client, Licensed for Scale-up): "Biological process data (e.g., pH, DO, Temperature curves) shall be anonymized and aggregated solely for the purpose of training general process control algorithms. Chainreactor explicitly disclaims any ownership or license to the Client's strain information, genetic sequences, media composition, or specific product titers.

  • Marketing Support: Chainreactor may use the Client’s name and logo in marketing materials subject to the Client’s prior written approval on a case-by-case basis.

PRICING

  • TIER 1 Subscription: €25 / month per unit. This price is valid for units up to 2L units. Additional sizes will be available beginning in 2026, and costs for larger size units will vary.

  • This subscription cost is all-inclusive, covering the lease of the bioreactor, access to web-based control software, customer service, maintenance, and data insights as they become available

  • Customization: Design work for customizations is available at €250 per hour

  • Pass-Through: The customer will be responsible for reimbursing the company for pass-through costs such as shipping, travel, and on-site lodging expenses

SUBSCRIBE

LEGALS:

  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect all confidential and proprietary information exchanged during the agreement

  • Intellectual Property: Chainreactor retains all intellectual property rights to the bioreactor vessels, control system, software, and AI models

  • Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 60 days written notice

  • Payment Default: In the event the customer fails to pay the quarterly fee, the company reserves the right to suspend software access and reclaim the equipment with 30 days notice

  • Limitations: The system is provided "as is" for this early adopter program. While we will provide dedicated support, our liability for any issues is limited
